ESPA facial massage

ESPA is a luxury skin care brand. Founded over 25 years ago by Sue Harmsworth, the brand has been based on holistic wellbeing, helping to create natural beauty and inner calm and has become one of the world’s leading luxury spa brands.

But let's go back to our treatment! We start with a deep cleaning of the face to free the pores from all skin aggressors found in the air like dust and pollution which contribute to blackheads appearance.

We always meticulously choose products, making sure they are good for all skin types including sensible skin. 

A first cleanse is done using ESPA cleansing balm and removed with a hot towel to enhance opening of your pores; It follows ESPA toner application which goes deeper in the skin layers to remove all impurities stuck. 

At this point your face is clean and ready to get rid of the tension!

Our main focus is always the massage so most of the session will be spent kneading, tapping, softening all muscles in your face, neck, shoulders and head! 

We start pressing precise pressure points where energy gets stuck.

Then, we apply a collagen plumping mask on your face and during its pose our attention goes to the neck, where the majority of our tension is held. Working neck muscles will improve circulation to the brain and alleviates headaches and migraines. 

Pectoral and chest are crucial areas too, which would benefit from a nice drainage. These muscles are often forgotten and constantly tight and contracted because of our bad postures hunched in front of screens.  We make sure to dedicate the right time to them too.

Then, we  remove the mask and continue massaging with more vigorous movement your face muscles using ESPA cream, to improve circulation, allowing more oxygen to reach all cells of your face, donating a fresher and more rested aspect to your face. 

We end the treatment with a deep relaxing head massage.
