Policy update
Dear all clients,
We would like to inform you that we have updated our cancellation & rescheduling policy and wish to make you aware of the changes as of August 2024.
The team at Revive are committed to offering high quality massage therapies and wish to be effective and fair to all of our clients, along with consideration for our therapist’s time and so have adopted the following policies:
We now collect 100% prepayment in order to confirm bookings which can be made online, over the phone or in the shop.
Prepayments are non-refundable, however, you can reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice and your payment will be transferred to your future booking.
If circumstances arise that you are unable to reschedule and need to cancel your appointment, again please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Appointments cancelled between 12 and 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service value.
Last minute cancellations (less than 12 hours notice) and no shows will be charged 100% of the total service value.
We understand that things happen and sometimes unexpected and unforeseen events and circumstances can arise.
In these cases we will do our best to be as understanding and as flexible as possible. If you are unable to give us the minimum 24 hours notice to reschedule and we are able to fill the time slot with another appointment, you will not be charged.
However, If we cannot fill the time slot then you will be charged the full amount for the treatment fee.
For last minute rescheduling and cancellation (less than 12 hours before appointment) and no shows we will charge 100% as it is highly unlikely that a replacement booking will be made.
Please always give us a call if you are running late for an appointment, if you have not arrived within 15 minutes without contacting us, it will be considered a no-show.
