Aromatherapy can relief hay fever

During spring, when plants are in beautiful bloom, many people are probably suffering from hay fever.

They're thought to affect more than one in four people in the UK at some point in their lives.

The season comes around and brings warmer conditions that are perfect for flowers. Consequently, plants start to release pollen - the biggest cause of spring sinus issues out there. If you’re constantly sniffing and sneezing during spring, then you most likely have an allergic reaction to pollen. This is most commonly referred to as hay fever.

Symptoms of hay fever include:

    • sneezing

    • a runny or blocked nose

    • red, itchy, watery eyes

    • wheezing and coughing

    • a red, itchy rash

    • worsening of asthma or eczema symptoms

The occurrence of the above unpleasant symptoms can interfere with daily life. Even, depending on the situation of symptoms, it may take psychological stress.

Summer is coming here and we are still seeing many people are suffering from some allergies…

Aromatherapy is the process of taking essential oil extracted from plants into the body, and the power of plants leads the body and mind to good health.

It is believed that aromatic scents can work on parts of the brain to balance the nervous system and hormones.

Furthermore, some types of essential oils have the ability to approach runny nose, cough, sore throat, etc., and to clear up flowers. By incorporating these essential oils, you can expect to find relief from the worrisome symptoms caused by pollen.
